ABOUT SERENA TANSIL

I love traveling, dancing, and eating (in no particular order;)) I grew up in wonderful Indonesia, then moved to Malaysia to start my studies, and completed my Bachelor and Masters in England. In my first job as an IT Consultant in Singapore, I got a taste of tech recruitment and I liked it, through the years it grew on me and became my passion. Having worked in recruitment and executive search companies, I enriched myself with search assignments in Germany, UK, Netherlands, Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia. I love talking to people about their passion and interest, and helping them to grow their careers. It is important to me to build trustworthy relationships with my candidates and clients (both external and internal), listen to their needs, create positive experience for both sides and transparent communication, as well as build a diverse hiring process and strong employer branding. In my role as Agile Coach, I am part of a diverse team of Agile Coaches (a.k.a. Agilists) that complement each other with our different strengths and personalities. We are deeply passionate about empowering an agile culture of transparency, experimentation, feedback, and continuous value delivery to make MOIA and its product successful. We believe in supporting each other and value collaboration, knowledge sharing, learning and individual development.
