I am looking for a job in UI/UX or Product design. I have experience in user interviews and user testing and in making user personas, user flows, prototypes, and wireframes. I am knowledgeable in Figma, InVision, Adobe AfterEffects and ProCreate. I spent years as a barista and focused on customer satisfaction. My years as a dental lab technician taught me to pay attention to details, and the importance of esthetics. I am a highly motivated and hard-working individual. Once I set my mind to something, I almost always succeed at achieving my goal. My time spent as a call center agent taught me how to multitask and still being efficient. At this company I succeeded at-Having the fastest call handle time in the company -Maintaining an over 80% rating in quality control -Solving customers needs -Resolving customers issues and complaints -Learned 10 new dental software programs in half of the average time I also have experience has a Dental Lab Technician in which I-Quality controlled applicants and products -Gained valuable experience and knowledge in esthetics -Quickly learned new techniques and processes I spent many years in customer service which taught me-The value of customer satisfaction -How to understand customers needs -The importance of making customers feel heard My career goal is to have a successful job in UI/UX.
