ABOUT SERENA TORELLI
On November 2019 I joined Fineco Bank like internal auditor expert. On September 2009 I joined Mazars Italy. I worked also in Mazars headquarter in Paris during four months. The audited companies are mainly important firms operating in financial sector but I have accrued a significant experience also in the industrial sector. Main tasks are analysis of the financial reports; risk assessment and mapping of business procedures; implementation of administrative accounting processes tests. Moreover, during my experience in Mazars, I took part to financial advisory assignements (asset quality review, fraud investigation, Law 262/2005).
