ABOUT SERENA NATH
I have recently joined LinkedIn as my professional journey in law begins. Like many aspiring legal professionals, I have navigated competitive exams, intense competition, successes, and setbacks, all of which have strengthened my resilience and commitment to the field.I am currently pursuing a five-year integrated law degree from Ramaiah College of Law, Bengaluru. My interest in law developed at a young age, and I am motivated to build a career rooted in continuous learning, practical exposure, and ethical legal practice. I actively engage in academic and practical opportunities such as moot courts, internships, and legal research to develop a strong legal foundation.Alongside my academic pursuits, I have volunteered with UNFPA, contributing to initiatives focused on rights-based awareness, public policy, and community engagement, which helped me understand the practical intersection of law, governance, and social impact. I am also gaining hands-on exposure to data protection, regulatory compliance, and privacy law, with specific experience relating to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).My academic interests lie at the intersection of law, technology, and innovation, particularly in Artificial Intelligence (AI) governance, data protection, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). I am keen to explore how emerging technologies challenge traditional legal frameworks and how law can responsibly enable innovation while safeguarding rights.I believe in learning from failures, adapting with clarity, and growing through experience. I am open to meaningful conversations, learning opportunities, and professional collaborations.
