As a Senior HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition in Bip Cybersec I take care of Recruiting Process working closely with the business from the scouting to the economic offer and the onboarding process. As part of the HRBP team I also take care of Exit interview, Retention, Job Rotation, Performance process, People Caring and Employer Branding activities.BIP CyberSec is the BIP Group\'s centre of excellence for cyber security. CyberSec embraces over 400 highly-skilled professionals and operates in more than 13 countries, dealing with Security Strategy, Risk Management, Cyber Defence and numerous assessments of Industrial Plants in different fields (such as Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing etc).
