   As the UX architect, I build a solid UX foundation for the Versana platform to support its rapid growth in the syndicated loan market. The foundation begins with planning and building out the Sprout Design System to speed up the design-to-build process, improve code and design quality, and ensure consistency across all components and pages. With this foundation, I define information architecture, establish patterns, and create guidelines to pave a smooth path for future expansions. On the end-user front, I build a strong relationship with the Sales team to establish ongoing client-outreach to improve user-research and gather feedback. Establish a \"UX working group\" of stakeholders and a ongoing cadence to evaluate and improve design. Partnering with the product and tech teams, I plan out long-term roadmap for the growth of the platform all with a user-centric vision.
