evaluagent are a UK-based (beginning to grow into the US), tech scale-up business with a global client base. In 2023 they closed a $20m Series A funding round with an American growth fund. As the People & Culture Lead, I lead the design and continuous improvement of people experiences across the employee lifecycle - from onboarding to wellbeing, performance, and L&D - applying user research, iteration, and scalable design principles.Key highlights include launching the Wellbeing Hub and Growth Hub based on employee feedback and human-centred design-methodologies, improving accessibility and ownership of development and wellness resources. I also built a feedback-led performance review cycle embedded within our HRIS (HiBob), and overhauled onboarding for greater efficiency and satisfaction.I also introduced traffic-light wellbeing reporting, launched engagement campaigns, and planned successful in-person and virtual events to build culture and connection. My role also included driving people policy development, internal communications, engagement, and leading PX insights analysis to inform strategic priorities - all within a high-growth, remote-first environment.
