I am responsible for all the Digital projects, the overall strategy, development, and performance of all STIGA Group digital properties always ensuring a continuous alignment with key stakeholders and sponsors.Main Responsibilities- Bridge business objectives, user experience, and the ICT team to deliver digital products that meet user needs and support business goals- Define the product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities for our digital properties- Lead the UX and UI roadmap for the Group\'s websites and apps, ensuring consistency and high usability standards in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies- Collaborate closely with the Content Creation Team to produce and publish SEO-optimized assets, and with technical expert agencies to ensure high standards in SEO technical implementation- Analyze website performance and user behavior- Ensure alignment with the Group\'s marketing strategy across regions, channels, and customer segments.
