I act as a trusted advisor to the leadership teams, providing coaching and guidance on HR issues. I am in charge of ensuring consistency in HR policies, processes and best practices across the three countries, driving organisational development initiatives to improve leadership skills, employee engagement and business performance, managing workforce planning, succession planning and talent management strategies to support business objectives, overseeing employee relations, fostering a positive, inclusive and high-performance oriented company culture. I also lead the design, implementation and optimisation of the development, performance and compensation modules of a new HRIS (Success Factor), collaborating with key stakeholders to define requirements, ensuring the system supports professional development, talent assessment and continuous feedback, promoting user adoption and engagement, to ensure effective and sustainable long-term implementation. I coordinate group-wide development projects such as creating a centralised framework for leadership development, skills enhancement and career progression, collaborating with business leaders and HR teams to ensure alignment with business strategy and local needs monitoring the impact and effectiveness of development initiatives, continuously optimising the approach.
