With 17 years of experience in the paper and packaging industry, I have the ability to manage all commercial and technical operations for any company in this sector.Result and success oriented, analytical and high communication skills can be said as my strengths.I like numbers, believes in leading teams with empathy, clear communication. Because the leader is who believes in team spirit, motivates the team, and brings people together from different departments for a common goal and finally gets the best results.I currently manage all commercial operations, including Import & Export and Sales & Marketing, for our company operating in the packaging and corrugated cardboard sector in Germany.Details of My Professional Life;I studied paper and fiber technology at university. My area of expertise is recycled & cellulose pulp processing, paper and packaging industry. I have been performing operational and management positions for 17 years of extensive experience in recycled pulp and Paper & Packaging Industry. During the period of my Mill management, I managed all operations such as Production, Maintenance, Power Plant, WWTP and in case of need warehouse & shipping departments. In addition, during the early years of my career, I made numerous customer visits to Corrugated Cardboard Factories as a technical customer service representative and participated in technical works as part of sales operations.After I was appointed the Project Manager, participated Greenfield Paper Mill Project in Germany. In total, I was there for 1 year and worked on the Project with the German team. During the project period, I took charge in the Stock Preparation (Voith) and Paper Machine (Valmet - tons/year) installation and worked the Bulgarian, Polish and Turkish subcontractors together with the German employees of our company. Thus, I had the chance to see the intercultural employee differences more closely. Then I returned to Turkey and started the greenfield paper mill project in Kütahya and unlike my technical experience I completed the necessary excavation and filling works of the new mill land and made it ready for construction. Within the scope of this work consequently I realised 1.5 million m3 excavation and m3 filling works. I have now returned to Düsseldorf. I manage all Commercial Operations, including sales, imports & exports.
