About Sera Gray

When I was twenty, I got my first and only tattoo. A self design personal motto, the mathematical symbol delta intertwined with the infinity sign. I call it “Becoming.” To me, it symbolizes continuous change and the drive to always be and do better. The irony of making a permanent mark about change isn’t lost on me; it has become a constant reminder of the path I’ve chosen.For the past 20 years, I’ve lived that motto continuously learning, evolving, and tackling new challenges. My career has focused on leading technology, operations, and enterprise transformations in PE backed and high-growth organizations. Along the way, I’ve built and mentored teams that span infrastructure, security, enterprise applications, and AI driven automation. What motivates me most is combining transformation and innovation with people first leadership. I believe success comes from empowering teams to grow, aligning stakeholders across the business, and delivering meaningful, measurable business outcomes together.
