ABOUT SEQUOIA FALCONE
As a student in the Penn State College of Liberal Arts, I am building foundational skills in quantitative and qualitative research, team leadership, professional communication, and economic/financial analysis. After graduation, I will continue to develop my capabilities as I work in an economic consulting or research associate role. My goal is to be a lifelong student, striving to better understand humanity, and to grow the necessary skills to drive positive change in my community. I am passionate about social science research as a tool to better understand human behavior. I have experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research including question and hypothesis formulation, data gathering, cleaning and manipulating, econometric analysis, and data visualization. My research interests include international political economy, development, and institutional design. I hope to continue this passion for knowledge and growth in my career as I develop my skills.
