Headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, its divisions include Kansas Gas Service, the largest natural gas distributor in Kansas; Oklahoma Natural Gas, the largest in the state; and Texas Gas Service, the third largest in the state in terms of customers-Coordinate and support HR leaders by managing reporting, data analysis, and tracking key deliverables for projects, initiatives, and departmental scorecards-Facilitate the planning, delivery, and evaluation of employee and leadership development programs, leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS) and supporting education assistance processes-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to administer training needs assessments, compile reports, and prepare program materials, presentations, and evaluation tools to drive continuous learning and development-Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to HR and Talent Development leadership, including managing budgets, auditing processes, coordinating events, scheduling travel, and maintaining accurate documentation.
