ABOUT SEPIDEH SEP SHAHKARAMI

With over a decade of experience in product development, technology transfer, and cross-functional leadership, I currently work as Product Development Manager at Scovan, where I focus on advancing innovative technologies in the energy sector, particularly in SAGD. My role bridges technical execution and business strategy, driving new product introduction from concept to commercialization.I bring a strong foundation in financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and risk mitigation—skills that support business case development and go-to-market (GTM) strategy, as well as cost and resource allocation planning, ensuring that innovation is not only technically sound but also commercially viable and scalable.Previously, I held a product development role at Loam Bio and Novozymes, where I led interdisciplinary teams across regulatory, fermentation, formulation, and field trials to develop microbial inoculants for bioAg and animal health. At my core, I’m passionate about solving complex problems, collaborating across teams, and contributing to a more sustainable, forward-looking world. I’m energized by opportunities at the intersection of science, innovation, and impact, whether in energy, agriculture, biotech, or related industries.
