Generating various documents such as Bill of material, SOWs, Vendor Drawing and Document Requirements, DBMs, Project Initiation Forms, RFQs, POs, Weekly reports, Comment logs, Total Installed Costs (TIC) and EHEs- Technical Bid Evaluation along with communicating with procurement team to ensure adherence to all quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) standards- Generating/Marking up drawings and documents such as P & IDs, Plot Plans, Metering Schematics, Safeguard Drawings, PFDs, Line lists, Tie in point lists, drawing indexes, Metering schematics, Isometric drawings, demo drawings, 3D model and Data sheets for pressure indicators, flow meters, transmitters, pressure/flow control valves, and ESDVs- Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team including Mechanical, process, civil/structural, instrumentation, electrical engineers and technologists- Contributing to HAZOPs, What-If sessions, 3D model reviews (30% to 90%), kick off meetings, and weekly RAIL meetings with multidisciplinary engineers and managers, both internally and externally, while documenting meeting minutes and key action items- Performing site visits as needed for project initiation and/or as-built to validate existing installations, conditions, and to verify construction matches the design- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to resolve mechanical and process failures, ensuring the identification and resolution of maintenance and safety challenges, including car seal issues, fail-open/close valve malfunctions, overpressure protection, and erosional velocity prevention- Developing comprehensive Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical packages, including IFR (Issued for Review), IFA (Issued for Approval), IFC (Issued for Construction), RE-IFC (Re-Issued for Construction), and As-Built documentation- Referencing standards such as ASME B31.3, CSA Z662, API 520/521 and specifications for pipe specs, line lists, tie in point lists, iso metric drawings, and spec breaks.
