ABOUT SENURA HATHARASINGHE

I am a Business Analyst with a track record of turning complex operational data into clear insight that actually changes how organisations make decisions.My career has taken me through some genuinely demanding environments. At MAS Holdings, one of South Asia\'s largest manufacturing groups working with global brands including Nike, I worked directly with the Manufacturing Director on a transformation programme targeting $75m in bottom line improvement. I built multi site Power BI dashboards across factories in three countries, led workforce planning and headcount decisions, created data governance standards, and acted as a data evangelist across the organisation — training teams to use data rather than gut feel.Before that I worked as a Business Analyst in a regulated pharmaceutical environment and then at a management consultancy in Glasgow supporting multi client transformation programmes. Across all of these roles the consistent thread has been the same. Take messy, complex data. Understand what it is really saying. Help people make better decisions because of it.I hold an MSc in Business Analysis and Consulting with Distinction from the University of Strathclyde, a First Class BA in International Business Management and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.Right now I am actively completing PL-300 Power BI certification, Microsoft Access, SQL and the Google Project Management Certificate on Coursera. I recently completed Agile with Atlassian Jira and Confluence Fundamentals through Atlassian and Coursera.I am actively looking for Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, Reporting Analyst and Data Analyst roles across the UK and am open to relocation.
