Role and Responsibilities : Leading and supporting the team of Managers, Engineers, checkers and Draughts men engaging in the execution of projects pertaining to Basic and Detail engineering of various type of Boilers like FBC, Travelling Grate,WHR boilers. Conducting basic Engineering review and code related design reviews of all pressure retaining parts of all type of boilers. Ensure code conformity of all boiler related components like structures,Piping during various engineering phase of projects. Resource planning - for the execution of projects within the time frame. Oversee and implementation of engineering philosophies, parameters and procedures governing the design, including compliance with national and international codes / standards like IBR, ASME,IS 800 etc. Managing and achieving all engineering deliverables in accordance with schedule commitments, contract requirements. Ensuring correctness and timeliness for all engineering drawings and other design documents. Conducting training on technical aspects related to Boiler and its Auxiliaries to all Engineers of Engineering department.
