Act as the primary liaison with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring clarity of LTAG standards and company expectations regarding Social Compliance and related issues. Partner with functional leads to identify and ensure resolution of social compliance related issues. • Lead a vision for social compliance by developing cohesive strategies for awareness and business process for adherence and implementation that align with company goals. • Advise senior leadership and internal departments on compliance matters and design, develop, implement and enhance the company’s compliance programs • Develop and maintain an effective communication program for the organization related to social compliance initiatives including heightened awareness of LTAG Code of Conduct and understanding of new and existing compliance issues and related policies and procedures. • Oversee supplier compliance programs including administration of programs like Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) and Better Work Program to ensure suppliers and internal production sites are meeting minimum corporate standards. • Effectively monitor Social Compliance trends and applicable laws regarding labour and working conditions in key sourcing markets to analyse impacts of current and potential legislation on LTAG supply chain and product development strategies and influence company decision making. • Drive continuous improvement through the strengthening of tools, processes, and systems to recommend the appropriate skills, infrastructure and process improvements. • Manage, mentor, and lead a team of globally. Implementation of LTAG & Customer specific Social Compliance & CTPAT requirements i.e (Adidas, Wal-Mart, Carhartt, VF Corp, Sean John, Kmart, TSC, Academy, Family Dollar, etc.) requirements in the factories along with the overseas office /Agent compliance managers /staff.
