A resourceful administrator having more than 2 decades of experience in academia and construction industry, specialized in institution building, strategic leadership, construction project management, quality assurance and control, industrial training and development, teaching, research, curriculum design and development, instructional design and delivery system and to adopt OBE culture in the higher education. He has published 137 reputed International Journals, Conferences, Books and Book Chapters and 11 Patents in diversified areas. He himself organized more than 90 sponsored workshops, seminars, webinars, conferences and FDPs in various domains and delivered more than 125 invited talks and guest lectures. He is a certified trainer for teaching pedagogy by Chennai. He has vast training experiences and almost trained all the categories of trainees from school level students to senior citizens in Science, Engineering and Technology, Teaching Pedagogy, Life Skills Development, Mind Reading and Psychological Counseling for more than a decade. He was instrumental in ISO, NBA, NAAC, NIRF accreditation processes and been a Head for Research and Development activities, Personal and Career Counseling in various higher educational institutions. He is the Editor-in-chief for internationally reputed journals and performing as a Reviewer, Editorial and Advisory Board member for many indexed journals and renowned international and national conferences.
