Responsible for fixed assets finance activities globally along with assets reconciliation, transfers, depreciation and retirement posting.Preparation of capex reporting to provide the overview of the unpaid capex and capitalization increase during the year / period to controllers.Capex actuals compared with the forecast and align with the business about the status of actuals reported in system and planning for upcoming investment with the remaining budget.Aligning with operations team examine the physical assets verification.Handling audit quires with internal and external auditors.Various reports execution for fixed assets, capex, maintenance charges with the depreciation and amortization value and circulated to country finance, controllers head and local business for the review.GRIR reconciliation will be prepared and monitor on the open items for assets, capex and get it cleared with the approval and also will be converted to accruals for identified open items for vendor payment.SOP review done on every quarter and in between any changes in process steps the same will be amended and send for review and approval to the process owner.Automated report build to identify the posting are done with appropriate flow which can be reconciled with the management reporting.Internal alignment with Global IT team to derive at one time solution.Power BI dash board, report published across to all the towers and countries to exactly point out the Fixed Assets, Capex related details in the smarter way.Managing with 5 members team and taking care of their appraisal, growth plan, training etc,Monthly presentation to management and country finance about the status of Fixed Assets, any additional capex investments, retirement/disposals, depreciation actuals and forecast, balance sheet and income statement details for the current period and YTD.Performed the fixed assets integration from external acquisitions in S4 Hana using FIORI
