Currently, I head a consulting organization that focuses on organization growth and sales through developing leaders. Over the last three decades, my experiences have reinforced the foundation to build businesses. My tenure as a Sales Engineer in Tube Investments and Product Manager in Sterling Holidays gave me a strong footing in sales and marketing, spanning 10 years. In my last 20 years with Barry-Wehmiller, a consulting company offering solutions to the manufacturing & technology industries, I orchestrated the growth from start to many hundred associates as the Business Unit Head with complete P&L responsibility. Since 2010, I had been solely responsible for global sales of Engineering Services for Barry-Wehmiller, growing the business from scratch to over $30 million.Because of my prior experience, I specifically focus on global markets spanning both the developed economies and the emerging ones. In the last decade, I have established sales and service operations for an Italian machinery manufacturer, an offshore services team for a Canadian company, and various other assignments for companies from US, UK and Germany in India. I have also worked with Indian companies in taking their products and services to the US and Europe.Our vision is to be a true \"outcome\" based consulting team that embeds itself with our client to achieve their goals and targets.
