Implementation of Quality management system in project and review the contractor’s documents.\\\\n• Prepare and review the Site documents like Method statement, material approval submittal, Inspection test plan and Check list for each activity involved in projects.\\\\n• Conducting the Inspection (RFI) for each activity as per approved inspection test plan (ITP) and maintain the documentation.\\\\n• Monitoring all incoming material and perform the Material inspection report (MIR) for each material as per approved MAS.\\\\n• Perform the trial mix for each grade of concrete as per approved mix design and collect the sample for testing purpose.\\\\n• Follow up the contractor to perform material test like, concrete, steel, cement, sand, aggregate, water, plywood, brick, solid block etc. as per ITP.\\\\n• Perform weekly site visit with contractor/Client.\\\\n• Conducting weekly/monthly quality meeting with contractor/client.\\\\n• Arranging joint site visit to resolve any issues at site.\\\\n• Issue Non -conformance report (NCR) to site team, if found any deviations from site project specification/standard code.\\\\n• Prior to start any activity provide training to workforce/crew as per method statement.\\\\n• Review and verify the Drawing at site.\\\\n• Perform mockup for each activity and obtain the approval from Client.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
