As the automotive industry takes a generational shift with AI-infused engineering and software-defined features, the strategic outlook of business and hence the leadership focus need to evolve as relevant to time, to steer this transformation.With over two decades of automotive engineering experience, ranging from hands-on engineering - from conventional electronics (digital cockpit, power train and BCM) to new age electronics (connected cars, ADAS/AV and EV)- to large portfolio leadership in various roles and capacities (Business Head, DGM, Function Head & Global Delivery Head), I aspire to make winning contributions with my key experience along the four key quadrants of an integrated portfolio viz. technology/engineering, people, customer and operations, and be part of the business transformation journey.I believe in continuous learning and improvements, and in structured project/program/portfolio management methodologies to achieve excellence in teams and in business.
