I\'m a tinkerer and a builder who likes to make the way things move, look, and sound a little more beautiful. I have more than four years\' experience leading development teams to create professional audio products, from architecture to mass production. I thrive on bringing disciplines together to innovate the way we work - to make our experience more enjoyable, so that our customers can get more out of our products.At Bose, I\'ve quickly risen to managing experienced professionals, helping them develop in their roles and tie our team together. I\'ve built a strong knowledge of analog and digital audio processing techniques, frequently collaborate with global engineering teams, and am a go-to resource for our marketing leads to represent the voice of engineering. I aspire to continue learning from the talent around me while leading my teams to create products that deliver \"wow\" moments to customers.My passion for audio drives my volunteer work as the technical director at MIT\'s college radio station, where I\'ve led initiatives in digital audio storage and playback, live music technology, and the creation of a new kilowatt-level FM transmitter-antenna facility to ensure that freeform, independent radio stays a part of the legendary Boston music scene for years to come.
