Providing ERP support and Maintain master data of different Service Lines regularly as per the agreed processes in systems such as Oracle Cloud (Fusion), Oracle EBS R12 and Workday and Coupa. • Swift Resolution of Critical Finance and Coupa related Incidents and Service Requests raised by the user across Telenor Group• Ensuring smooth Month End Closing & Year End Closing and reporting of all Financial modules (Payable, Receivable, Property manager, General Ledger, Project accounting, Fixed Asset, Cash Management) and Supply Chain Management (Purchasing & Inventory) across Telenor Group.• Prime contact with Senior Stakeholders and end-users, proposing solutions and enhancements to Optimise the system.• Design reports in close coordination with the IT and the process owners. • Maintain effective process/documentation controls through regular reviews, update all the changes to Master Data processes well in time.• Design, configure and maintain BPM approval workflows in Oracle Fusion.• Preparing different reports using OTBI tool in Oracle Fusion cloud for the business units. • Involved in UAT for Implementation of different service lines in Oracle Cloud and also involved Data migration process from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion.• To ensure all Financial, Procurement and HR Systems related internal and external audit recommendations are dealt with and implemented to the satisfaction of the Auditor.
