Working across three William Hill product verticals (Italy, Vegas, and Sports & Retail), designing within a shared design system (Helix) that supports multiple markets, each with its own regulatory and technical constraints.Led the end-to-end redesign of the Italy sportsbook as part of a platform migration, delivering 15+ responsive screens across two phases within a 6-week regulatory deadline. Established visual foundations, contributed new components to the design system, and managed design handover to an external development partner operating under significant technical constraints.Identified an underperforming interaction pattern on key components and initiated user research to validate. Testing revealed discoverability at 20% and user confidence at 30%. After redesigning the interaction model, retesting showed those figures at 80% and 70% respectively, providing the evidence needed to align stakeholders and define the rollout approach.Across all three verticals, I\'m building and documenting components for the shared design system. I care about what I ship being usable by the next designer, not just solving the problem in front of me.Day to day, I\'m managing multiple workstreams, coordinating across markets, working with external partners, and operating within tight timelines. I\'m most useful when there\'s complexity to untangle and real constraints to design around.
