I’m a technology and product executive passionate about building innovative solutions, empowering teams, and delivering business results.With over 20 years of experience across B2B SaaS, I’ve led organizations through rapid growth, AI/ML innovation, and cultural transformation. As CTO at Arrive Logistics, I built and led a 250-person organization across product, engineering, UX, and data science—delivering AI/ML-powered pricing, marketplace matching, and GenAI solutions that connected people and platforms at scale. I transformed an IT-centric structure into a product-led organization, growing leaders, aligning incentives, and driving measurable impact while navigating a shift from VC to PE ownership.At Spredfast, I scaled with the team from 30 to over 500 employees, building an enterprise SaaS platform for local to global brands. At Zilliant, I implemented an AI/ML product strategy for pricing optimization and negotiation tools, helping enterprise customers unlock data-driven value. Recently, I took an 18 month sabbatical, traveling full-time with my family across North America in an Airstream. This life-changing experience reconnected me with the importance of delivering meaningful technology and reignited my passion for solving real customer problems.
