ABOUT MARCELLO SENATORE

Experienced professional Finance Manager with over 30 years of experience in Administration, Finance and Control area in large industrial groups, multinational companies, and Italian service firms. I had the opportunity to start my career in production facilities, manufacturing plant and then grew up to corporate-level responsibilities. I am accustomed to interfacing with all functions and corporate figures with a business partnership perspective aimed at problem-solving and managing organizational complexities and structural changes.I have deepened my knowledge on the integration of administrative and control systems between local offices and the USA headquarters, as well as the integration of advanced ERP systems (SAP Vantage and Microsoft Navision). My working style is focused on listening and teamwork through motivating collaborators and I have always ensured support for top management while respecting corporate rules.In recent years, I have successfully led growth, development and transformation paths for medium-sized companies into larger firms by structuring more complex AFC areas and organizing internal processes by business line, all associated with significant revenue growth through both internal and external means (acquisitions) and stock market listings.I am constantly updated and continuously study innovative and digital development paths for the Finance area as a whole. I have also dedicated the last few years to financial restructuring and corporate debt management, developing pathways with banks and investors to reinvest and create a more balanced financial management, as well as to restore higher profitability to the business project.
