Set up all journal entries for company’s activities, including manufacturing, inventory, payroll, sales, COGS, inter-company trades, AP, AR. Ensure an accurate and on time monthly, quarterly and FY end close. Picked up and took over all controller responsibilities smoothly without transaction training. Prepare Balance Sheet, Income Statement, OH Tracker, PP & E, shipbook, backlog and other periodical financial reports. Convert monthly accounting data and finance results in Excel and transfer from division’s MANMAN to Headquarters’ Oracle ERP. Analysis the periodical financial results with leader team, recommend actions and set up goals for improvements. Budget and set up annual Master Plan, quarterly and monthly Forecast, annual standard cost. Prepare corporation annual financial review presentation. Review and approve all payments, CMER, maintain positive financial cash flow. Lead division accounting team. Work and interactive with Corporate Headquarter, and domestic and international locations for inter-co sales, purchases and manufacturing operations. Support corporate tax filing, audits. Ensure internal control and compliance with financial policies and regulations.
