ABOUT SEMEEN ISSA

I have been a teacher, consultant and administrator in the field of education for 31 years. My expertise ranges from teaching in a low performing inner city school for 16 years to teaching in a high performing suburban middle school where I am now a principal. My experience also includes reviewing history textbooks for the State of California Dept. of Education as an Instruction Materials Panelist (IMAP); consulting for non profit organizations; and establishing a sports camp for Muslim girls in southern California. I completed (August 2012) my doctorate in Educational Leadership from California State University Fullerton.
