Developing, optimizing, and validating analytical assays, including qPCR, RNAseq, flow cytometry, ELISA, and cell-based functional assays for characterizing cell therapy products.2. Leading assay transfer activities between internal teams and external partners.3. Designing and executing experimental plans to meet project deliverables and timelines.4. Authoring and reviewing technical documents, including method development reports, SOPs, and CMC sections for regulatory filings.5. Supporting regulatory submissions by generating and reviewing technical documentation.6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support process development, product characterization, stability testing, and troubleshoot assay performance.7. Applying Design of Experiment (DOE) approaches to establish robust, phase-appropriate analytical methods.8. Providing scientific leadership and mentorship to junior scientists while fostering a collaborative team culture.9. Presenting data and insights at internal meetings and external conferences.10. Staying updated on emerging analytical technologies to expand team capabilities.
