I am still involved on a day to day basis for leading and supporting the sales and marketing team and having contact with customers of all types and sizes which is what I absolutely love. I also spend quite a bit of time on strategic business activities, product development and attending business manager conferences in helping schools achieve better value.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to view my profile.I have over 20 years of experience in serving and networking with customers having started in customer services, then progressing to an Account Manager and now as Director of Sales & Marketing for the HBS Group of Companies. This has given me a broad understanding of business processes and strategies in which I can use to help develop our people in view of helping our clients receive better value and an enhanced customer experience. As well as working on the business, I am still hands on visiting and calling customers which is something I really enjoy.HBS specialises in the supply of paper and educational supplies to Schools and Colleges throughout London and its Home Counties offering a range of over great value products. HBS was started in 1973 by my grandfather and is still owned and run by the same family together with over 40 hardworking, passionate and committed staff.
