Acquiring a thorough understanding of the accounts needs and requirement, expanding the relationships within the account by continuously proposing solutions that meet it objectives. Serve as the link of communication between the key account and internal teams. • Design and amend the business continuity matrix on Key Accounts.• Work on strategic initiatives for maximization & expansion of the accounts business plan.• Articulate tactical objectives by aligning them with the key goals of the stakeholders of the accounts. • Responsible for the Budget P & Ls and its variances, YTD profits, retention and operational cost of the account • Work closely with the Operations Team on deliverance of the SLA’s and other Contracts agreed upon.• Track, evaluate and project the Budgeted trend of the account and mitigate commercial and finance risks.• Drive the execution of the CAFM tool for (Mumbai and Goa) commercial accounts. Design the Sustenance and reporting strategy for each profit Centre.• Build the ability to understand the account current and future needs and communicate internally to evolve with solutions.• Manage the contact matrix ensuring all potential points of contact and influence are been served appropriately.• Initiate and strategize various cost control options in the existing Infrastructural setup within the account.• Innovate retro fit strategies with minimum bureaucratic business impact to the account. • Be in continuous liaison with the solution architects for emerging technology trends and its value implications connecting it to the accounts key goals.• Continually keeping track of the CSR of accounts, design short & long term solutions in accordance.• Work on commercial proposals, Negotiate and close of high value sub-contracts • Establishing process based systems of each profit centers within the account to ensure they are connected to the SLA and having a direct impact on CSR
