   Responsible to manage data centers across multiple sites.Relocation and Expansion of Data Centers.Manage Data Center operations team responsible for day-to-day Data Center operations monitoring, management and support.Ensure the stability and high availability of the Data Centers 24x7.Participate in technical committee meetings and technical evaluation for Data Center Structured cabling and cabinets RFP.Evaluate the bidder’s proposals for DC/Server rooms structured cabling RFP and submit the rating with technical scoring.Act as the interface between contractors, Vendors, and employees responsible for maintenance and operation of the facility (including electrical, mechanical systems, security contractors, janitorial services, and all other aspects of Data-Center facility operation).Participate in meetings with higher management / Project Managers / Component teams to understand the projects requirements and update the stakeholders on the progress.Report to higher management with weekly/monthly reports. Define policies and procedures for Data Centers.Manage Data Center space capacity (floor plan, rack capacity etc.).Manage Data Centre documentation (cabling plan, Assets inventory, Data Center design documents etc.).Manage internal/external ISO 9001, 27001 Audit and Compliance activities related to Data Center Services and make sure that the observations/Gaps are closed.Ensure the ongoing flawless operation of the Data-Center, Ensure that facilities problems are identified and repaired quickly.Ensure that contractors are delivering quality services and make sure that all internal business requirements are being met.Ensure that the Data Center standard/best practices are followed as per TIA942, Ashrae, Uptime Institute.Ensure that the ITIL processes (Change/Incident management) are followed for the Activities/work performed in the Data Center.
