Products: One of world 3rd Largest tractor manufactures.Role:India Operations:• Coordinate with PMO for new product development and project activities.• Prepare and submit IBC for new product developments in the Alpha stage.• Lead supplier selection, RFQ management, and price negotiations for ZBC norms.• Coordinate with suppliers and R&D for DFM (Design for Manufacturability) closure before Beta builds.• Ensure parts are developed and delivered per project timelines for plant production.• Close SAP and Windchill activities once parts are approved and transition to Plant purchase post-pilot supply phase.• Prepared the annual budget and being responsible for meeting cost-saving targets, ensuring financial efficiency.Europe Operations:• Manage Agco Tractors’ component business across European regions, with exports from India.• Monitor and prepare RFQs for suppliers, handle cost negotiations, and finalize agreements. Oversee material planning and ensure timely delivery of components to Agco Europe locations.• Implement VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) to prevent overstocking and optimize inventory levels.• Review and manage customer price revisions based on SIAM and FOREX fluctuations.• Collaborate with logistics teams for monthly container planning and coordinate with Freight Forwarders and Clearing Agents for customs clearance.• Resolve customer issues and grievances related to supplied materials, ensuring smooth operations. Work closely with Accounts for payment clearance and invoice submission.
