With over 20 years of experience in the CRO and CRAMS industry, I have recently launched a new venture, Vikasith Lifesciences, as Co-founder. This strategic joint venture with Vasudha Pharmachem and Mahidhara Chemicals is built on a shared vision to deliver high-quality, innovative, and scalable solutions for the pharmaceutical sector. I hold a Ph.D. in Chemistry with a strong foundation in medicinal chemistry, process development, and cGMP manufacturing. At Vikasith, I lead a multidisciplinary team of talented scientists and engineers dedicated to supporting early-stage and start-up life sciences and biotech companies.Our capabilities include the manufacturing of specialty chemicals, pharma starting materials, intermediates, new chemical entities (NCEs), and drug substances at any scale. All operations are aligned with ICH guidelines and are tailored to meet both customer-specific and regulatory requirements.Throughout my career, I have:• Designed and executed robust project delivery strategies• Managed end-to-end aspects of research and commercial programs• Built strong, enduring client relationships• Established domestic supplier networks to reduce supply chain risks• Formed dedicated technology transfer and process engineering teamsI have a proven track record of leading complex global projects, and my work is backed by multiple patents and scientific publications.
