About Salah E.
The teams I\'ve worked with rarely have a building problem. They have a clarity problem. They skip discovery because they want to show progress. The result is speed without direction. The problem is rarely process. It\'s clarity — about what problem is actually worth solving and for whom.I see this pattern with every team I\'ve worked with. The pressure to deliver is real — so teams skip the hard part. The discovery. The alignment. The uncomfortable questions nobody wants to sit with. They start building, move fast, and eventually run out of road because speed was never a replacement for direction.Action taken too soon doesn\'t create clarity. It creates frenzy. There\'s a difference between taking action to learn and taking action to pretend you\'re making progress.Over the years I kept noticing the same patterns — in every team, every engagement, every sprint. That\'s what eventually led me to develop the Clarity-Action Model. Most recently I\'ve been embedding AI directly into team workflows — helping product teams leverage enterprise GenAI platforms to sharpen product clarity and improve backlog quality. In practice this means stepping into the mess — facilitating discovery when momentum has stalled, realigning teams around what\'s actually worth building, and surfacing the misalignment hiding behind polite agreement.Get clarity. Take action. It\'s difficult to take action without clarity — but without action, there\'s no clarity. That tension is where the real work happens.
