Driven researcher and research coordinator with 5+ years of experience in education, child development, and neuroscience. I’m passionate about conducting actionable research and evaluations that inform the design of data-driven developmental and educational experiences.As an Education Research Associate at SRI International, I support district to national-level projects in AI and education, STEM learning, and program improvement. My work includes coordinating multi-strand project timelines, contributing to practitioner-facing toolkits, designing and administering mixed-methods data collection tools, supporting data analysis and visualization, and research dissemination.Previously, I worked as a Research Study Coordinator at Northwestern University, managing NIH-funded, longitudinal studies on toddler development. I worked directly with mother-toddler dyads, managed time-sensitive research workflows, and ensured the integrity of mixed-methods data collection and analysis.I’ve co-authored various research products, from practitioner-oriented reports to peer-reviewed journal articles.
