I currently serve as a Chief of Staff / Engineering Business Manager at General Motors, where I partner with senior leadership to drive efficiency, streamline operations, and keep cross-functional teams aligned on big-picture priorities across the company. Before this role, I spent over five years leading engineering teams developing AI/ML software and automated driving solutions.I recently earned my MBA from Harvard Business School, where key leadership roles included co-founding the Infrastructure Club, serving as Chief Admissions Ambassador, and being VP of Academics of the Women’s Student Association. Recruitment and admissions have always been a passion of mine, from scouting engineering talent to mentoring future MBA candidates.Outside of work, I sit on the Board of Directors for the SME Education Foundation and help award $1M annually in scholarships to students pursuing engineering careers, among setting other longer-term strategic initiatives for the organization.I’m motivated by challenges at the intersection of technology, business, and people, whether that’s scaling engineering operations, driving process improvements, or opening doors for others.
