Joined the Global Social Media team at the LEGO Group to support the wider social media strategy, planning and execution across YouTube and other platforms within the EMEA / APAC markets! This involves but is not limited to- Collaborating with regional social media leads, content managers and social media specialists to understand local market needs and support the planning and uploading of content- Communicating with social content and editorial managers alongside the wider social media team on refining localisation and metadata needs across the EMEA and APAC markets- Ensuring content uploads are always optimised utilising best practices – across titling, descriptions, tagging, thumbnails and play listing – working closely with social media optimisation managers- Contribute to business growth, through timely implementation of content across YouTube channels and other social media platforms by launching cross-platform strategies- Support in aligning global social media strategies to local market needs, ensuring social media strategies and activations serve the needs of integrated marketing rollouts- Researching internet culture and surfacing relevant local trends + jumping on reactive content opportunities and merging this into the wider social media strategy for YouTube and other platforms.
