I am a French-American ICF-accredited PCC and iPEC-certified professional coach, working at the intersection of leadership development and well-being and wearing two synergistic hats. As a leadership coach, I draw on over 15 years of experience as a senior trader at a prominent New York hedge fund to support leaders in achieving their goals and navigating complex challenges. In parallel, as a credentialed emotional wellness coach, I apply cognitive behavioral coaching approaches and evidence-based techniques to help clients manage stress, regulate emotions, and shift unproductive mindsets and behaviors. The integration of these two perspectives is at the heart of my work. Together with clients, we strengthen leadership capabilities while building constructive habits and resilience—enabling them to sustainably lead themselves, others, and their organizations more effectively with clarity, confidence, and ease. My bicultural background also allows me to equip clients to succeed across U.S. and European contexts and in cross cultural environment.
