ABOUT SELIM YAICH
Selim is a certified Scrum Master with more than 9 years of professional experience across multiple industries. He has a keen ability to understand and build complex systems and focusing on removing impediments from teams and delivering customer-centric products and features. He is also devoted to sharing his knowledge, supporting the scrum team all along the process of the sprint through the management of the Scrum framework, the facilitation of all ceremonies, backlog refinement and velocity enhancement. As a scrum master, he worked for F.H International but prior to that, he served as a QA Engineer, IT Account Manager and a web developer. Besides his professional career, Selim is a social activist who participated in the U.S Embassy\' LDF in the United States; he led a large number of civic projects and facilitated several multi-stakeholders\' workshops.
