We are an Independent Bottler. We don’t make whisky, we discover it. We find exceptional casks that mature extraordinary whiskies. Passion, curiosity and the thrill of discovery lead me to start Chapter 7. Since 2014, Chapter 7 won many awards including 6 Liquid Gold Awards and Scotch Vatted Malt of the Year 2022 and Single Malt (Single Cask) of the Year 2023 and Single Malt 17-22 YO of the Year 2023 in renowned Whisky Bible, Scotch Islay Independent Bottler of the year 2021 at Independent Bottler\'s Challenge, a Gold Medal in Whiskies of the World in San Francisco, 3 Star Great Taste Award in 2021 and a Double Gold at Europe Wine & Spirits Trophy.
