About Sami Elhini
In 2006, Sami Elhini founded Creatrix, an IT-services company specializing in systems architecture, systems integration, biometrics, and software engineering. Creatrix’s customers have included Accenture, AOL, Sun Microsystems, Lockheed Martin, among others. Sami currently serves as the President of Creatrix, a position in which he focuses on Creatrix’s corporate vision, customer-driven solutions, and business development. He began his career as a Systems Engineer with Sun Microsystems, later bought by Oracle, and continued honing his systems engineering and integration skills at companies such as InfoZen and Arbitron (now Nielsen). In 2022, Creatrix was acquired by Cerberus Sentinel which fulfilled a lifelong dream of starting a company and achieving a successful exit. He is an Certified Biometrics Professional® and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech. In addition to software engineering, he enjoys photography as well as playing guitar and bass guitar. Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Sami now resides in Franklin, Tennessee.
