About Selena Nimerick
Selena Nimerick is the new Continuous Improvement Leader at RESA Power. Leveraging 30 years of Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement experience, Selena’s focus is to utilize customer insights through data analytics and qualitative feedback to improve our offers and process for best-in-class performance and customer experience. Selena brings with her 30 years of supply chain, procurement, customer care and quality experience across the semiconductor, shipping and IT industries. She first joined Schneider Electric in 2006 via the acquisition of American Power Conversion (APC) in the worldwide services organization based in North America. During that time, she held several roles in purchasing, project management and process improvement before entering the quality line of work. Selena has a broad range of experience in IT across the globe, focusing right now on product design and performance in field, customer care, continuous improvement and data analytics. Selena lived abroad for 13 years in Singapore before relocating back stateside with her daughter and corgi named Meghan Barkle.
