I take pride in helping people discover and build the careers of their dreams. My own professional journey began in retail, where I quickly discovered my passion for people. Through leadership roles at Sears, HomeGoods, US Cellular, and Target, I fell in love with talent development and talent acquisition. Even as the retail environment shifted and changed, I found immense satisfaction in equipping people with the skills and direction they needed to succeed. In addition to being a part of individual growth, I have always gravitated toward opportunities that have allowed me to strengthen and shape team culture. I have benefitted greatly from mentors and leaders who have invested in me throughout my career, and I want to give others the chance to experience that kind of support and positivity, too!
