I take pride in helping people discover and build the careers of their dreams. My own professional journey began in retail, where I quickly discovered my passion for people. Through leadership roles at Sears, HomeGoods, US Cellular, and Target, I fell in love with talent development and talent acquisition. Even as the retail environment shifted and changed, I found immense satisfaction in equipping people with the skills and direction they needed to succeed.
