Qualify candidates for appropriate positions through a process of sourcing, screening, andinterviewing.• Perform reference checks, negotiate terms and rates for each project, coordinate the interviewprocess, extending offers, and deliver best-fit candidates on projects.• Perform extensive recruiting for Senior Software/Database Developers with heavy focus ontechnologies such as.NET, Java/J2EE, QA and all other Client Server related technologies.• Practice numerous sourcing strategies including referral generation, ad placement, positionpostings, and direct sourcing/cold calling and networking to find a qualified pool ofcandidates.• Establish and maintain professional relationships with Clients & candidates and trackinginformation using ATS.Major Responsibilities: •Effectively performed full-life cycle recruitment through sourcing, identifying, and screening all levels of professionals within the Information Technology, Telecommunication, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, Airline, Aerospace/Defense, Electronic, Manufacturing and Automotive industries across all technology platforms. • Source candidates using job boards (CareerBuilder, Monster, Ladders,etc.), social media (LinkedIn & Google), networking, and an Applicant Tracking System (Adapt) to produce and preserve a pipeline of highly qualified candidates.• Responsible for preparing search strings, sourcing consultants and short-listing resumes based on the requirements.•Simultaneously managed multiple positions while successfully tracking all candidate profiles for contract and direct hire opportunities.•Performed salary negotiations and closing of the candidates on various tax terms such as W2, C2C and 1099.
