Started my career in 1985 as Articled Clerk in Chennai with T Selvaraj & Co. Passed CA in 1988. Started my employment as Taxation Executive with Sanmar Group and moved to Nagarjuna Group in 1992. Started my consulting career at 1997 and Joined Deloitte in 2002. Became Partner in 2004 in Deloitte and lead various leadership roles before assuming present role of National Leader Domestic Market and Regional Managing Partner South of Deloitte.Had achieved many success in Taxation and also invited for most of Taxation forums in India and Outside India.Wrote many books and authored articles. Authored taxation policy paper and represented to GOI.Building core team and focusing on core skills is one of my competencies. Despite my official roles at Deloitte and leadership roles at Green Dot level at Deloitte, Taxation continues to be my passion. Been actively associated Bangalore Chamber of Industry & Commerce and became President in 2021-22. Continued to be hard core Deloitte despite challenges and temptation. Face and overcome the Challenges, Resist Temptation, Focus on Goals and Keep Smiling and have a contentment is my approach. My self belief lies in that God will give me what i deserve but work hard and harder. Looking back on my life Self Introspection is critical for the growth and this is my way of self development.
