I was responsible for managing the daily operations of the office, including scheduling, budgeting, invoicing, and reporting. I also handled the communication and marketing activities of the firm, such as creating and distributing newsletters, flyers, and brochures, and maintaining the website and social media accounts. I developed strong skills in administration, communication, and outbound marketing, which I leveraged to transition to the academic counseling field.
